Product characteristic
1. It’s mainly made from rack, roll drum of permanent magnetic, transmission, feeding mine box, slot body, wash device, adjustable magnetic device and so on.
2. The magnetic system was hung on the central axis; its support point is put on the axis of rack directly.
3. We can adjust the magnetic angle among the fixed range.Because of the large drum diameter, the ore feeding and ore discharging are smooth and steady and the machine has a large area for selcection and also has a good effect on separation.
4. Also owing to the large drum diameter ,it have many advantages such as: low rotational speed ,running steddy, low noise and convenient maintenance.
Operating process
When the mineral slurry flow into the magnetic field zone, the strong magnetic ore is absorbed on the surface of the ring drum, but the weak magnetic and non-magnetic mineral grain are dumped out.
The strong magnetic ore absorbed on the surface of the ring drum can rotate with the ring drum and at last it is carried to magnetic field area and then it is washed into concentrate mineral slot by rinse water, which finishes the operation of separation.
Operation scope
Permanent magnetic drum separator is applicable for selecting more strong magnetic ore, and eliminating the strong magnetic ore in the non-metallic mineral.
